Full Painting Tutorial “Vibrant”

This is a full comprehensive ACRYLIC painting lesson in the form of a video file. (Please note that there is no physical painting included in this item) Paint along with this tutorial to create your own masterpiece. In the video, I will give you simple step by step instructions. You can play, pause and replay as you wish to go through the lesson at your own pace. You will need to have the following items on hand to create this painting (not supplied by this purchase):

1. ACRYLIC PAINT: WHITE, BLACK, RED, GREEN (I use Golden Fluid Acrylics, as well as a cheaper brand of black and white for the background.  Although I recommend Golden as a top quality brand, almost any brand will work, as long as it is acrylic paint.). It goes without saying that you will need something to put your paint out on.  You don’t need a fancy palette though… a paper plate will work fine.
2. BRUSHES: a large (1" - 2") bristle brush (preferably hog hair), a mop brush, a small flat brush, a small liner brush
3. CANVAS or WOODEN PANEL:  I will be painting on a 16" x 20" wooden panel that was previously sealed with 2 coats of gesso and a coat of black acrylic paint.  (You don’t have to use the exact same thing. I recommend anything from 11" x 14" up to 18" x 24") You can use a premade black canvas or prep a canvas or wooden panel ahead like I did.
4. CONTAINER TO HOLD WATER FOR CLEANING BRUSHES
5. PAPER TOWELS OR RAGS FOR CLEANING BRUSHES

1. EASEL (I paint on an easel when filming, but otherwise often just paint on a flat table or desk, so it is largely a matter of preference)
2. GOLDEN HIGH FLOW SHADING GRAY (This is a handy transparent colour for painting shadows, but just mixing black and white will work fine, so don't feel that it is necessary to go out and buy it if you don’t already have it)
3. OPTIONAL BRUSHES (a smaller bristle brush, a fan brush, a larger flat brush)  Again these are not necessary, but if you already have them, there are places in the tutorial where you can use them if you wish.
